Delays caused by the client may affect timelines. SocialGradeUp is not liable for delays resulting from late client feedback or asset delivery.

6. Payments & Refunds

• A deposit may be required before work begins on certain projects
• Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if work has not commenced
• No refunds are issued for completed and delivered work
• Course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted
